STANDARD LABOUR CHARGE

Our standard labour fees are £25 for the first half-hour or part thereof. Each half-hour after that is charged at £20 and to be fair we do give 10 minutes leeway on the last chargeable half-hour so if we go into the last half hour by up to 10 minute you will not be charged for it.

CAPPED FEES

Our Home Services fees are Capped at £85 (not including parts), no matter how long the issue takes or however many times we have to return. Note that this is per issue and does not include our data recovery services.

DATA RECOVERY

For data recovery our charge is £4 per Gigabyte of data.

UPGRADES

Upgrades are charged at £35 per visit plus hardware costs. For hard drives there may be additional fees for copying the old hard drive to the new one, reinstalling the operating system and/or data recovery.

NO FIX, NO FEE

The IT Company offers a no fix no fee promise this does not include circumstances whereby we detect the cause of an issue and propose a solution and the client then decides not to progress with a fix. The client will be charged for the time up to that point. The no-fix, no fee policy does not cover issues caused by a third party, your Internet provider for example, we will do what we can to log the fault with that third party in order for them to effect a fix. We will return once if necessary to complete a fix once the original third party issue has been resolved.

We also supply and install laptops, PCs and servers. As prices fluctuate all the time we would be happy to have your requirements and give you an estimate.

Home Users: Prices
